Routine Mowing Services

Mowing services are scheduled year round to ensure the appearance of the property is kept looking great and healthy. Weekly services during the prime growing season are essential to maintaining a healthy length and prevent weed growth. To maintain our high standards, we schedule services weekly April through September, bi-weekly during March, October and November and once per month in January, February and December.

Routine Mowing Service Includes:

• Mowing
• Trimming and edging around the property
• Blowing off paved areas and walkways
• Weed control in bed areas (sprayed and/or pulled); additional fees may apply

Seasonal Clean ups

Have your yard looking its best year round by pruning and removing dead growth from shrubs and plants. We will remove sticks, leaves, weeds and other debris from bed areas to keep them looking fresh. Install seasonal annuals to add an extra pop of color!

Mulch Installation

Fresh mulch will have your property looking brand new! We offer high quality mulch and install it at a depth of 3 inches with packed edges to help keep it looking fresh throughout the year.

Aeration and Seeding

This service is essential to maintaining a beautiful lawn and ensuring your lawn is absorbing all of the key nutrients it needs to stay looking healthy! Removal of soil plugs from your lawn improves root growth, reduces thatch, and reduces soil compaction. We offer this service during the Fall season for the best germination rate success. We also offer custom application programs that help complement and ensure you have the best looking lawn in your neighborhood!

Application Programs

We offer custom application programs that will help keep your yard looking healthy and weed free. It is important to remember that a successful application program takes 1 year to reduce weeds on your property and 2 years to be 90% weed free. Our programs include up to 6 different elements to help to maintain a healthier yard.

Application Elements

• Fertilizer: Greens up the year and promotes healthy grass. We use a professional blend customized for each season.
• Pre-emergent: Attacks un-germinated weed seeds and keeps them from germinating for less weeds during growing season.
• Iron: Adds nutrients to the soil to green up the grass going into the Spring season.
• Weed Control: Kills germinated weeds that are currently in the yard (even young weeds that are not visible).
• Weed Control Enhancer: Allows weed control to penetrate the soil and work more effectively.
• Fungicide Preventative: Reduces the risk of a fungus due to high humidity, excess rain and overwatering from sprinklers.
• Lime: A valuable soil amendment that helps plants and lawns flourish by raising soil PH.
